Vice President of Operations
Hailing from upstate New York, Jamie started as a dishwasher at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. After working many different positions in upscale hotels, country clubs, and fine dining restaurants, he attended Paul Smith’s College and studied Environmental Science. He continued his academics at the University of North Carolina-Asheville and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Mathematics.
Despite the persuasion of his left brain, Jamie could not deny his love for catering. Immediately following graduation, he founded a gourmet deli and off site catering company in Asheville, NC. After moving to Richmond, Jamie managed the food and beverage department at The Berkeley Hotel before becoming Director of Catering and Director of Sales for The Dominion Club and Hunting Hawk Golf Club. During his tenure at TDC, he grew the wedding program by 300% and was inducted into The Knot Hall of Fame.
Having joined the Dover Hall crew, he is excited to perfect the ultimate guest experience. When he is not creating memories, you will find him dancing to live music and on an eternal search for the best restaurants (stealing every great idea along the way).
