• Dover Hall was originally built as a private residence for a family of three to entertain "300 of their closest friends". - Mark Spangler, Architect.

• The estate cost $30 million to build and furnish and was constructed from 1996 - 2000. The vast majority of the artwork, furniture, and mantles were sourced from castles and estates across Europe, with some pieces dating back to the 1600s.

• The 38,000 sq ft marvel sits on 55 acres, and boasts 31 geothermal HVAC units, 29 restrooms, 19 fireplaces, 10 lodging suites, 3 acres of Cabernet Franc and Viognier, and is managed by one ROCKSTAR Dover Hall Experiences team. Happy exploration!
